To assist you with the Dealer Attitude Survey, use the survey aid to record your answers on paper and then have a member of your staff enter them online.

NADA encourages the Dealer Principal or General Manager to involve his/her department mangers—sales, service, parts, etc.—in the completion of the semiannual Dealer Attitude Survey. To facilitate this input, we have created this survey aid as tool to help obtain the opinion of your staff before completing the survey online.
